Vintermagi 2023
Innledning
Mens vinterens iskalde grep strammes, snubler en gruppe vandrere over en hemmelighet dypt inne i den snødekte skogen. De oppdager en spesiell blomsterknopp som avgir varme i kulden. Ryktet sprer seg og lokker flere mennesker til blomsten, alle uvitende om hvilke problemer den kan føre med seg. Da vandrerne bryter opp isen rundt blomsten, begynner den en gang så rene snøen å smelte, noe som forvandler stedet til en sump og skaper panikk!
Vintersjamanene hører om hendelsen og skynder seg til stedet for å prøve å få kontroll over den uregjerlige blomsten. Kan vintersjamanene mestre den ville blomsten, eller vil den smelte alt i sin vei og etterlate seg et ugjestmildt land?
Inuma er postfunksjonær. Hun er av småfolket som har ansvaret for å sortere og levere posten til alle innbyggerne i byen. Hun setter alltid folks behov foran sine egne, og hun er en dyktig ugletrener. Hun og buduglen Olla deler ut post over hele byen.
Oppdrag og oppdragsmilepæler
Oppdragslinjen består av en historiedel og flere episodiske oppdrag, som starter så snart historien er fullført. Dette betyr at du kan fullføre den første serien med oppdrag med en gang, mens senere oppdrag får nye tillegg hver dag, slik at du kan fortsette å spille ett nytt eventoppdrag på hver nye eventdag.
Å løse eventoppdrag har også flere fordeler, ettersom hvert fullførte oppdrag bringer deg nærmere en av milepælene som gir deg ekstra belønninger bare ved å nå dem.
Event meny
Hver fullførte oppgave gir deg postnøkler 
som en belønning og de legges automatisk til eventmenyen. Med postnøkler kan du åpne postbokser for å vinne dyrebare og unike eventbygg og andre gjenstander. Åpning av postboksene gir deg også vintergaver 
for å komme deg videre mot hovedpremiene, men det er ikke alt! I årets magiske vinterevent, når du åpner en postboks, legges en poststjerne til spesialkrefter-telleren. Når du har samlet det nødvendige beløpet, kan du bruke det til å aktivere spesialkrefter for å snu oddsen ytterligere til din favør!
Ved å klikke på ikonet for eventmenyen får du tilgang til eventvinduet, som gir deg mye informasjon og lar deg bruke postnøklene du har samlet inn:
- Viser den gjenværende tiden til eventen slutter.
- Den nåværende hovedpremien du jobber mot og en forhåndsvisning av den neste som kommer.
- Når du har nådd 5/5 restokk, kan du om du ønsker det, bytte ut dagspremien. Bare trykk på restokk, bekreft valget ditt og du vil se at premien endres for dagen!
- Din daglige eksklusive premie. Hold markøren over bygningen for beskrivelse.
- Antall postnøkler
du har samlet og ennå ikke brukt. - Lar deg kjøpe postnøkler med diamanter.
- Viser hvor mange vintergaver
som har blitt levert, og viser gjeldende fremgang til å låse opp premiene. - Uli, leveringsuglen: Når du overleverer vintergaver fra postkasser til Uli, vil hun følge veien til den nåværende hovedpremien.
- Postbokser som du kan åpne med postnøklene for å vinne en belønning og få vintergaver, samt poststjerner.
- Spesialkrefter: "Avslør to" og "Dobbel belønning" - Når det nødvendige antallet postbokser er åpnet, kan du bruke disse til å avsløre to tilfeldige belønninger eller doble belønningen i neste postboks som åpnes. "Restokk" kan aktiveres ved hjelp av postnøkler når du vil få et nytt sett med postbokser.

Postal Keys
You start the Winter Magic event with 50 Postal Keys and each Event Quest will give you more as a reward for completing the given tasks. Every day you play during the Event, you will receive a Daily Winter Magic login reward of 35 Postal Keys .
Also, from time to time, you will find more Postal Keys around your city outskirts for you to collect.
You can then use the Postal Keys to open Postal Boxes. Additional Postal Keys are unlocked upon reaching the second and fourth Quest Milestone.
Remember that the Winter Magic event only lasts for a few weeks, and after that you will no longer be able to use your Postal Keys to open Postal Boxes and earn awesome rewards, so don't waste time!
Postal Boxes
Each day the Winter Magic Event starts with a total of 16 locked Postal Boxes that are just waiting for you to open them using Postal Keys. At the start of each day, you will be presented with a new selection of rewards hidden within the Postal Boxes. To give you an idea of what you can win, the rewards are visible at first but you must "Shuffle" them before you open the doors to claim them.
You can activate a manual "Shuffle" at any point in time, given you have the required 45 Postal Keys.
Use your Postal Keys to open a Postal Boxes. Each one will give you a Winter Gift plus one of many different rewards like the changing Daily Exclusives, Instants, Knowledge Points, Rune Shards, special Buildings or more Postal Keys.

Special Powers
Each time you open a Postal Box, 1 Postal Star is added to the Special Powers counter. Once you have gathered the required amount you can then use the respective Power to further increase your odds!

Reshuffle - At the cost of 45 Postal Keys it presents you with new rewards, closes all previously opened Postal Boxes and allows you to "shuffle" them again. |

2x - Doubles up the rewards in the next Postal Box that is opened after activation. |

Magnifier - Shows the contents of two, as yet unopened, Postal Boxes. |
| Please Note:You cannot continue to collect additional Postal Stars if a Special Power is ready to use. Only after a Power has been used will the counter start increasing again with each new door opened. |
Winter Gifts
Each time you open a Postal Box, you will be rewarded with a Winter Gift. If you have used the "2x" Special Power previously, you will even receive two Winter Gifts.
Every Postal Box you open also contains a Winter Gift that Uli, the delivery owl, will deliver to your citizens. Once Uli delivered a total of 20 Winter Gifts, the next Grand Prize is unlocked for you.
Rewards
Evolving Building
A new Evolving Building is available in the Winter Magic Event: the Hearthbloom! Your Evolving building can be evolved through 10 stages to increase its power.

The Hearthbloom Evolving Building provides Culture, Population and produces Basic Sentient Goods +1 as standard production. From stage 4 upwards your Evolving Building will produce Basic Ascended Goods +2 (depending on the Chapter you are currently in) and on higher stages, Knowledge Points and a Ensorcelled Endowment Enchantment will be added to the production. As it evolves, you will receive higher amounts of these resources!

Royal Prize Pass
The Royal Prize Pass is an additional feature, which can accompany any regular Event in Elvenar.
For every event step completed, you will make a step towards the next Grand Prize, and an additional Prize within the Royal Prize Pass!
In the Grand Prizes window, available from the Event screen if the Event is using the mechanic, you can see the upcoming event prizes that are waiting for you to be unlocked. Here, for every step earned from collecting Event Currency, you can unlock one of the event Grand Prizes, among which you can find various high-rarity instants, Artifacts, and so on.
The Royal Prize Pass adds Royal Grand Prizes, which can be collected with the regular Grand Prizes. The Royal Prize lane becomes available with purchasing the Royal Prize Pass and you can do so at any time in the event! For this event, the exclusive building that will be granted with the purchase of the Royal Prize pass is the Winter Logs!
This time the Royal Pass Prize Line also brings you a new and exclusive portrait that will not be available anywhere else in the game.

Grand Prizes
The Grand Prizes Line is always the most appealing one, as this is where you can win and gather the necessary Artifacts to evolve your Evolving Building to the next stage!
Grand Prizes include the Hearthbloom Artifact, which allows you to evolve your Hearthbloom to the next stage. See Evolving Buildings for more information on the evolution process.
For every 20 Winter Gifts delivered you can collect the next available Grand Prize, which can be a Hearthbloom Artifact or a unique and exclusive item such as an exclusive Portrait that is not available anywhere else in the game!

Daily Prizes

Expiring Buildings
This year, the Winter event releases 3 new Expiring Buildings! These can be found in the Postal Boxes as a reward, so keep opening them if you don't want to miss any of these wonderful new Expiring Buildings.

As usual in the Winter Magic event, when you reach the last milestone reward, you will receive an Expiring Building: The Goddess of Wishes grants you a random reward every 12 hours.
Leagues
In this event you will have the chance to participate in Leagues and win even more fantastic prizes!
Gathering Winter Gifts will not only allow you to collect Grand Prizes but also to progress up through the Leagues.
There are five different Leagues you can reach by gathering Winter Gifts: Hobby, Iron, Bronze, Silver and Gold League. Each League is limited to a number of players with the required amount of points for that League. If a league is already full, you will move to the next League down but remember, the positions on the Leagues are recalculated every hour so do not give up hope and keep opening Postal Boxes to be able to progress in the Leagues!
- Hobby - All Players
- Iron - Top 50%
- Bronze - Top 20%
- Silver - Top 5%
- Gold - Top 1%
For the Hobby League you only need to start playing the event, as for the rest of the Leagues you need to open Postal Boxes and gather those Winter Gifts in order to progress through the Leagues. Each League has a minimum amount of points that needs to be reached. The League requirements are based on the progress of all players playing the event and it is recalculated every hour, so you might notice some changes on the required points to achieve the next League. If you hover your mouse over the Leagues icon in the event window, you will be able to see what is your rank and how much further you have to go until you reach the next League.
Leagues Prizes
In Leagues there are even more fantastic prizes to be won such as Expiring Buildings, Knowledge Points, Royal Restoration, Artifacts and even an exclusive Portrait that is not available anywhere else in the game!
Each league has a set of awesome rewards, the higher the league the better the rewards! In order to receive the rewards of the league you desire, you must be in the top ranking of that League.
At the end of the event you will see a reward window that displays your League position and the prizes you have won.
